Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Lumitek Teleport (the "Portal") and the 3D printing services that Lumitek ("Lumitek", "we", "us") provides through it. By using the Portal or approving a quote, you and the organization you represent (the "Customer") agree to these Terms.

Lumitek operates from Israel (tax ID 213108889). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Portal.

The Portal lets the Customer request quotations, upload CAD files and related documents, approve quotes, upload purchase orders, and track production and delivery of orders placed with Lumitek.

Access is granted to the Customer's organization by email domain. The Customer is responsible for the use of its accounts and for the people it allows to access the Portal on its behalf.

Quotes are issued through the Portal and are valid until the date shown on each quote. All prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise, and commencement of work is conditional upon Customer approval and compliance with agreed payment terms.

An order becomes binding once the Customer approves the corresponding quote in the Portal. Approval authorizes Lumitek to begin production on the terms stated in that quote.

All work performed by Lumitek is based solely on the information, files, specifications, and requirements provided by the Customer and may be subject to change in the event of modifications to design, quantities, materials, functional requirements, or timelines.

Payment terms are agreed with each Customer on an individual basis and are stated on, or alongside, the applicable quote. No interest is charged on late payment. Work begins only once the agreed payment terms are met.

Orders may be cancelled or changed only before the parts have entered production. Once parts have entered production, no cancellations, changes, or refunds are available.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the sole responsibility for material selection, verification of material properties, dimensional accuracy, tolerances, fitment, functional performance, system integration, regulatory requirements, and suitability of the parts for their intended use rests solely with the customer, including but not limited to all required mechanical, chemical, thermal, biocompatibility, regulatory, and or other testing and validation requirements.

Any material, data, performance characteristics, or technical information referenced are based on manufacturer datasheets or general test data only and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of suitability for any specific application.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Lumitek’s liability is strictly limited to defects arising directly from the manufacturing process and explicitly excludes any damage, failure, or nonconformity resulting from design, use, applied loads, environmental conditions, or any modification, processing, or handling performed after delivery or as part of the design process.

All information, files, and designs provided in connection with the work will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

The Customer retains all rights to the designs, files, and specifications it provides. The Customer grants Lumitek the limited right to use them solely to prepare quotes and manufacture the Customer's order. Lumitek does not reuse or share the Customer's files for any other purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the Portal at the time the corresponding quote is approved.
